Getting Started

Welcome to the server!

Many items have fun 'lore' or descriptions. For the best experience, please enable Item Tooltips with F3+H. It will also show your items' durability.

The first and most important commands are: /spawn /rules and /rankup

/spawn will take you back to spawn! There is a portal which will teleport you out at max 8k blocks or less. The world border is at +/- 55k.

/rules are important! Ignorance is not an excuse! Stop reading this and go read them if you haven't already. See if we're a fit for you before wasting either of our time. [linkhere]

/rankup is a core mechanic of our server! The higher your rank, the more rewards and perks you'll have access to. A full breakdown of ranks, requirements, and rewards can be found here: Player Vote Ranks

It is recommended you have "Command Suggestions" turned on, as it will help suggest commands available to you and auto-complete them with a tap of the Tab key. You can find Command Suggestions in-game by pressing Esc > Options > Chat Options; it is on the bottom right.

To use a command, you can type / to instantly open the chat window and input the command. You can also open the chat with T (default) or your selected keybind. All commands require the inclusion of /

Chat commands

/msg (playername) - Sends a private message to the named player.

/r - Sends a reply to the last user that messaged you. Not recommended if multiple users are messaging you; better to use /msg (player) for each user. Messages may be sent to the wrong user otherwise. /r (user) does not work!

/ignore (playername) - Prevents a player from messaging you directly, and you will no longer see their conversations in any chat channels. - If you put a user on Ignore, it is recommended you tell them publicly first, "I am putting you on Ignore. Please do not contact me anymore." Do not contact them yourself after. Put them on ignore. If they try using an alt or messaging your friends, or joins discord, please let a staff member know. While we don't get involved in personal spats typically, we do not tolerate harassment.

/ignorelist - Shows a list of all players currently being ignored.

/unignore (playername) - Unignores a player and allows them to message you directly. You will also resume seeing their conversations in any/all chat channels.

/local or /L - Sends a message to Local chat, which can be heard up to 1000 blocks in any direction and may not be entirely local. Send /local or /L in chat alone to switch your main channel to Local; when you talk, text will automatically be sent through Local chat. If you want to send a single message to local, try /local or /L Hello!
Note: Local uses a lowercase L. For clarity here, it has been capitalized.

/global or /g - Sends a message to Global chat. This is the default chat! Send /global or /g in chat alone to switch your main channel to global. Used mostly when switching back from /local

/join (channel) - Available channels for basic users are Local or Global. Used mostly if you've chosen to leave a channel.

/leave (channel) - Available channels for basic users are Local or Global. - Example situations for use would be: building and getting tired of seeing the chat flood the screen; chatting with friends in Local and leaving Global to streamline chat; someone within range is talking in local and you don't want to hear their conversation.

Claim commands

Note: The first chest you place on the server will create a small 5x5 claim for free.

Staff WILL NOT teleport you to your claims! Make sure you set a home!

/claim (#) - Enter a number to make a claim that is 2x+1 of that number. For example, doing /claim 50 will make a 101 x 101 claim.
- Must be holding a gold shovel. ANY gold shovel works!
- Mobs cannot damage blocks in your claim!
- Players cannot damage blocks in your claim without trust! (see below)
- Claims can be made in the Nether! Claims cannot be made in the End.
- As you rank up, you will be able to set claim flags which will further protect you and make your building experience easier.
- See Player Vote Ranks for more information.

/extendclaim (#) - Extends your claim by the specified number of blocks in the direction you are facing. Sadly there is no way to extend in all four directions at once. Also works with negative numbers to pull borders in closer to you.
- Must be holding a gold shovel.

/abandonclaim - Abandons the claim you are currently standing in.

/abandonALLclaims - Abandons ALL of your claims. This cannot be undone! There is no way to restore lost homes! Be careful!

/claimslist - List the coordinates, size, and world of your claims, as well as your claim block totals and how many are available to you.

/accesstrust or /at (user) - Grants access to the specified user. Players with Accesstrust will be able to open doors, click buttons, and flip levers in your claim. With corresponding flags, they may also be able to fly in your claim, or have access to enter it at all.
- If you want any user to be able to open doors or click buttons - perhaps if you've made an interactive game area - you can use /at public

/containertrust or /ct (user) - Grants container permission to the specified user. In addition to doors, levers, and buttons, users will also be able to open ALL container-related objects. This refers not only to chests, barrels, and shulkers, but also armour stands, item frames, lecterns, etc. Players will need a minimum of containertrust to kill passive mobs in your claim. (Hostile mobs can be killed by anyone, even if named)
- /ct public will also allow any user to access the above permissions. Can be useful with a subdivide - read on below.

/trust (user) - Grants full build trust to the specified user. This includes everything above as well as the ability to place or break blocks. Be careful who you /trust.

/permissiontrust (user) - Grants the user absolute trust over your claim. They can give other users any level of trust, including permission trust, and set flags if they have unlocked the ability to do so. They can also make and remove Subdivides.

/untrust (user) - Removes any/all trust levels from a specified user.

/untrust all - Removes ALL trusted users from the claim you're standing in.
- Trust and Untrust commands can be run while standing outside of your claim. This will grant permission to ALL of your claims for the specified user.

/subdivideclaims - Used while holding a golden shovel. Allows you to make a mini-claim within your claim. Useful for making farms, towns, or trading rooms.
- Some users have opted to make "free stuff" rooms, which have set /containertrust Public. Others have made redstone vendors which have /accesstrust Public for button use. There are a lot of possibilities!

/restrictsubclaim - Limits claim flags or trust levels within the subdivide.
- Useful for towns, like giving a user trust in a subdivide without allowing them to build throughout the rest of the claim.
- Can also be used with unlocked claim flags, such as setting NoMonsterSpawns in the main claim and unsetting the same flag in a subdivide for murdering things.
- Can also be used in conjunction with the next command to limit damage.

/claimexplosions - Allows explosions to damage blocks and entities within your claim. This includes TNT, Wither and creeper blasts.

/basicclaims - When using subdivideclaims, returns your claim shovel back to regular claim mode.

/trapped - Used when you get stuck in someone's claim and can't build out of it. Will teleport you to an area nearby. You can also use /spawn or one of your /homes.

Additional Commands

/hdb or headdb - Opens an interface for the Head Database! These are reskinned player heads which can be used for endless purposes. Decorate your base with little fruit bushes, write out a sign with letter blocks, scatter bloody villager heads all over the floor, go nuts!
- All heads cost 64 Bottle o' Enchanting each, except Alphabet blocks, which cost 32 Bottles each. Bottles are easily traded from villagers and are a common vote reward.

/hdb search (term) - Search the head database for a specific thing. Not 100% reliable as its based on tags given to heads, which are rather limited. Examples would be /hdb search monster/chess/diamond. If you can't find what you're looking for, you may want to try a different term or open the general interface and search through categories.

Please note: Selling wither skeleton skulls from HDB as "real" skulls is not allowed and falls under Scamming. REAL player heads - Creeper, Zombie, Wither Skeleton, Ender Dragon, and true Player heads - have Yellow text. Heads from HDB are blue

Durz is lazy, Brewery needs to be configured, will eventually put that info here too.
